We offer remote desktop help to all our customers. If you have a problem that can easily be sorted out using remote desktop, we can login using our remote system to quickly fix any issues you may have without leaving your home or office, it's like having a technician on your computer without us being there. We have trained technicians that can service your PC computer, notebook/laptops, printers, networking systems, school networks and all aspects of computers. We have Hewlett Packard training. We believe that having a trained technician is essential to good, fast diagnostics which gives us the knowledge to quickly repair any problems so you back on the road again and won't be out of pocket from any down time.

We are skilled in all types of networking systems, whether it's a simple Peer to Peer network, a domain network using Microsoft's Small Business products. We have extensive experience in setting up servers for small to medium businesses and schools.
Viruses and Spyware
We have the tools to quickly repair your computer from any damage done by infections that attack your computer. If you suspect your computer to be infected by a virus, bring your computer in to us and we will get it sorted. The longer you leave your computer infected the worse you computer will get and the harder it will be to repair the damage done. If your computer is damaged beyond repair by the infections. We have the tools to save all your data so we can carry our a system recovery and get your computer back to factory settings. We can then transfer all your important files, music, family photos, email and addresses.
Loss of Data
We know how important your data is, whether it's personal files, music, photos and emails or your business files, accounting files, database files contacts and emails We have sourced the best tools to get your data back, if there is a system crash or accidental deletion. These files may be lost by emptying the Recycle Bin or using other deletion actioins such as Windows Shift-Delete, command line deletion, deleting large files or using applications that delete files without the Recycle Bin.
When a file is deleted from the Recycle Bin or any other way, the file cannot be recovered by Windows Operating System. The content of the file still remains on the hard drive, relatively intact, until the section of the drive it occupies becomes overwritten by another file.
We have excellent technology that can identify the contents of these lost files on your hard drive and allows us to recover your data. If a file has been partially overwritten, our recovery applications will attemp to reconstruct as much of the file as possible with the remaining content intact. This allows us to salvage some or all of the data so you can continue to use it as required.
